		1.       Providing you with an honest and open initial assessment 2.       Providing you with detailed instructions          and guidelines for document collection          and a questionnaire for information collection 3.       Selecting a college or university for study permit applicant;           looking for employers for work permit applicant 4.      Completing application forms, translate documents such as :            Study Plan (draft too),            reference letter,          letter from the bank and Resume         5.      Organizing and editing forms and documents 6.      Composing a cover letter summarizing          the applicant’s qualifications as required by the immigration regulation 7.       Making two copies of all that is submitted,           one for the applicant,           one for the company 8.       Sending the application to visa office via courier 9.       Timely follow up with visa office until the applicant gets           confirmation of landing 10.     Airport pick up, children’s schooling, SIC and Care Card application,           and employment and business guidance
